Vendors:

Once the vendor registration form is submitted, no changes will be accepted. Registrations will only be accepted after full payment is made.

Booths 54-56 are only for sponsors. Vendors should start setup from 3 pm on November 17. Arrival time on Saturday, November 18 is 7 am. Vendors should plan to unpack after 10 pm on Saturday, November 18.

Please click on the type of entry below – and create a login id so that you may then prepare and submit your entry to IRCC, for the cultural show or the dance competitions. All entry forms open on August 1, 2023 – entries submitted before that have not been accepted, and will need to be submitted again.
