Vendor Comments, if any

This event is only for IRCC members and their families. Restaurants and commercial vendors are not allowed to participate in this event.
Only IRCC members may submit application forms to participate in this event as a vendor.
All vendors must complete the application form by the deadline specified in the online form.
All forms should be submitted online. Forms are available on the IRCC website on the Registration Forms page. Upon online form submission, a confirmation email will be sent to the email address provided in the form. If you do not receive any email, then please contact IRCC Vendor Committee via e-mail (vendor@irccflorida.org). The form must be completed in full, and payment submitted online.
No electricity or power outlet is available at the park.
Vendors must bring sufficient paper goods to serve - such as paper cups, paper plates, napkins, paper bowls, plastic cutlery, etc.
Vendors must bring sufficient cash in small denominations to provide change to buyers.
The vendor application fee is non-refundable. However, the full amount of the fees will be refunded if IRCC cancels the event.
No rainchecks will be issued in case of any bad weather on the day of the event.
